Shades Eyeconic Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
The Shades Eyeconic Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved individuals or entities (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by promoting Shades Eyeconic products through unique referral links.
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
Participation in the Program is open only in the US.
To join, you must create an account on ShadesEyeconic.com and be approved.
Shades Eyeconic reserves the right to:
● Approve or reject any application at its sole discretion
● Suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause
3. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Affiliates will receive a unique referral link used to track sales.
● Attribution model: Last-click attribution
● Cookie duration: 30 days.
If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent one before purchase will receive credit.
Shades Eyeconic is not responsible for tracking failures caused by:
● Ad blockers
● Browser settings
● Technical issues outside of its control
4. Commissions & Payments
● Affiliates earn a 10% commission on net sales generated through their referral link.
● Customers may receive a 10% discount via affiliate links (subject to change).
Commissions apply only to:
● Completed, paid, and non-refunded orders
Commissions do NOT apply to:
● Cancelled orders.
● Returned or refunded purchases.
● Fraudulent transactions.
Payment Terms:
● Payments are issued monthly.
● No minimum payout threshold.
● Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer.
Shades Eyeconic reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.
5. Returns, Chargebacks & Adjustments
If a transaction is refunded, charged back, or deemed fraudulent:
● The associated commission will be reversed or deducted from future payouts.
6. Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates agree to promote Shades Eyeconic lawfully and ethically.
Prohibited behaviors include:
● Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link for commission)
● Misrepresentation of the brand or products.
● Use of deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent marketing practices.
● Spamming or unsolicited communications.
7. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Shades Eyeconic’s:
● Logos.
● Product images.
● Brand assets.
This license is strictly for promoting Shades Eyeconic products within the Program. Shades Eyeconic may revoke this permission at any time.
8. Advertising & Promotion
Affiliates may promote Shades Eyeconic across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and paid advertising.
However, Affiliates may NOT:
● Impersonate Shades Eyeconic.
● Use misleading domain names or social handles.
● Run ads that create confusion about official brand ownership.
9. FTC Disclosure Compliance (U.S.)
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. This includes clearly disclosing affiliate relationships when promoting products (e.g., #ad, #affiliate).
10. Modification of Terms
Shades Eyeconic reserves the right to:
● Modify these Terms at any time.
● Adjust commission rates, discount levels, or Program structure
Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
11. Termination
Shades Eyeconic may terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time. Upon termination:
● All outstanding commissions may be reviewed and adjusted.
● Affiliate links may be deactivated immediately.
12. Limitation of Liability
Shades Eyeconic shall not be liable for:
● Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
● Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Participation in the Program is at your own risk.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami, Florida.
